  6. Shipping and Returns / Replacements

    You will get the items within 4-7 working days once we receive payment. For replacement, you will have to return the damaged or defective product within 15 days. After we receive the defective product (DVD or VCD), we will get it checked at our end and will send you a replacement for the given product.

  7. Are goods shipped outside India?

    Yes. We can now ship the products for which we have overseas rights. Visit our International Section

  8. How do I change personal details such as contact address, telephone number, email address, password etc.?

    You can easily change your personal details at anytime by login to your account.

  9. Is online payment secure at Shemaroo.com?

    Our payment gateway is completely secure. You are asked to give us personal data when placing an order-name and address, e-mail and address. We use this data only for the purpose of registering your order, or communicating with you about the status of the order. The customer information is private and confidential, and we do not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations unless required by law. Also, we do not distribute customer information for mailing lists, surveys, or any other purpose other than what is required to perform our services.

  10. Can I purchase online with a Shipping address outside India?

    Not ordinarily. Unless you have selected a title from our Overseas catalogue ( which is avaliable for distribution ouside India), we don't sell our products outside India territory.

  11. How do I cancel my order already placed Online?

    We are not able to cancel orders once it has been received by our fulfillment centre. We begin processing orders as soon as they are submitted and this mostly works in favour of customers but we do regret that canceling orders before they ship is not currently possible.

  12. Who can shop?

    Anyone can shop at Shemaroo.com. Once you are registered with Shemaroo.com, the username and the password can be used to login while shopping and the address provided at the time of registration will be assumed as default shipping address, although you do have the option of selecting different shipping addresses.

  13. Can International Buyers shop on shemaroo.com

    Our International buyers can also shop from Indian section if they have Indian delivery address.
